Marquês de Sá da Bandeira – Lisbon – Another beautiful project delivered by Space Creation

Located in Lisbon, in the noble Avenidas Novas neighborhood, this ground floor apartment dating back to the 1950s was totally renovated.

The reuse of the spaces originated two rooms in the place of the old living room, with the living room now being the at the back, closer to the kitchen and the outside patio.

Of the two new bathrooms constructed built from scratch, one of them is now at one of the bedrooms that is now a beautiful suite.

The old kitchen was redesigned and rebuilt and the new layout allowed the increase of the usable space for the new living room, and with the former washing area now transformed into a cozy lounge area facing the patio you will now find a circular area connecting the living room, kitchen, lounge and access to the patio.

Now redecorated, the patio is a great space to relax in the open without leaving home.
