Located in Lisbon, nearby Bairro das Colonias and Graça, this old apartment dating from the 20’s has been completely renovated.

With great usage of the existing space, this apartment now has five bedrooms, two of which are suites, plus two social social bathrooms, that have been totally renovated. The entire apartment now has air conditioning and central heating.

The old kitchen was redesigned and rebuilt and the new layout allows better access to the living room and more space in the kitchen.

In the living room, the old balcony that had been closed in a sunroom, has now recovered its entire splendor, bringing the spectacular view over the city of Lisbon to the inside.
